Organization Background Joyful Hearts Organization (JHO) is a Eswatini Organization established in August 2011 with an objective to contribute to the improvement of the quality of life for Swazis and refugees/asylum seekers living with HIV/TB and to address social challenges that include poverty, environmental Protection, Hunger and Lack of access to health services in the country. Joyful Hearts’ basic philosophy is the promotion of basic human rights through access to health, education and economic strengthening services.  The organization is registered by Eswatini Government under the Swaziland companies Act-No. 8 of 2009, Certificate No 1051 of 2011.

Job title: Procurement & Logistics Office  Job Title: Procurement & Logistics Officer
 Reports to: Senior Finance Officer
The post holder will be responsible for:
·         Advise requesters on the most appropriate sourcing methodology for goods and services and review and validate Terms of Reference; identify potential suppliers and collect, prepare and check documentation to be provided;
·         Prepare and publish tender documents; respond to technical and commercial queries and organize opening sessions of offers; request pricing details and provide requesters with an analysis of the commercial aspects of offers received;
·         Participate in tender evaluation teams and coordinate and prepare submissions to the Contracts Review Committee; participate in and/or lead contract negotiations and prepare contracts in liaison with Legal Officers where required;
·         Review purchase requisitions raised and ensure content is in line with needs and in compliance with applicable regulations, rules and policies;
·         Create purchase orders, submit for certification and ensure dispatch to the respective Services/Departments and/or suppliers; follow-up on purchase orders and address any issues that may arise;
·         Monitor the implementation of open purchase orders and perform other tasks related to Procure-To-Pay processes including creation and / or update of items, contracts and vendor details;
·         Monitor vendor performance in conjunction with Programs and in line with key performance indicators and service level agreements, address and escalate issues to team lead where required; 
·         Jointly with Programs, define sourcing strategy for areas of responsibility and monitor, plan and execute contract renewals, amendments, terminations and issuing of tenders
·         To be responsible for dispatching drivers and monitoring vehicle movements, 
·          Ensuring timely and proper maintenance and repairs, 
·          Tracking fuel usage and consumption rates and fueling of vehicles and motorbikes 
·         Arranging for rental vehicles as necessary.
·         Monitor timely payment to the suppliers 
Qualifications and Experience 
Minimum Academic Qualifications: 
Ø   A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or its equivalent from a recognized University.
Ø  Diploma in Procurement and Supplies with experience in procurement;

The post holder will be responsible for:
Organization Communication Management 
➢  Daily, promoting organization/projects visibility through digital communications channels, by developing relevant and interesting content
➢  Producing articles on projects updates
➢  Coordinating, where needed, the delivery of projects periodic newsletters
➢  Managing communications for major JHO projects events
➢  Translating technical and scientific project content into lay language
Content and platform coordination 
➢   Maintaining, where needed, projects web-platforms,
➢  coordinating and uploading content on the web-platform on an on-going basis,
➢   reviewing the timeliness of updates, accuracy of content uploads and periodically reviewing its overall content and impact, to advise on additional areas of content that may be needed
Qualifications and Experience 
➢  Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or relevant experience in Communications and information management or Journalism
➢  Proven experience working on multi-stakeholder projects (NGOs, industry, academia, etc.)
➢  Experience in handling live social media during events
➢  Fluency in English and Siswati
➢  Strong computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation packages, internet, and excellent ability to navigate the social media environment
➢  Ability to coordinate and /or produce projects’ periodic newsletters and communication tools (PPTs, videos, factsheets etc) targeting identified relevant audience
Volunteer title: HTS Counsellor Volunteer title: HTS Counselors
Reports to: Program Officer
Overall Function:
The HTS Counselor is responsible for providing HIV Testing Services to patients and clients seeking services in their respective health facilities using provider-initiated testing and counselling, voluntary counselling and testing, targeted family and partner testing/Partner notification services and other novel HTS approaches.
Perform any other duties as directed by the supervisor
Qualifications and Requirements
A High School Certificate holder
Have a certificate in Testing and counselling provided by TASK, PSI or Ministry of health.

Reports to: Senior Finance Officer

Overall Function:
We are looking for a Finance Assistant to support our day-to-day transactions, including expenses and payroll.
Finance Assistant responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining cost reports and managing invoices.
➢ Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
➢ Prepare balance sheets
➢ Track and reconcile bank statements
➢ Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)
➢ Process tax payments
➢ Support monthly payroll and keep organized records
➢ Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
➢ Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
➢ Provide administrative support during budget preparation
➢ Participate in quarterly and annual audits
➢ Work experience as a Finance Assistant, Finance Officer or similar role
➢ Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
➢ Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
➢ Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. pastel)
➢ Organizational and time-management skills
➢ Degree/Associate Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting or Economics
