can together truthfully say that our efforts will be supported and acknowledged in improving the quality of life among all those,
whom  we serve.

>> JHO operates an HIV and TB Collabarative that provide social and health services to the communities of Malindza and the Malindza Refugees/Asylum Seekers Reception Centre. It further supports Orphans and Vulnerable Children, and People Living with HIV in the Malindza Refugees/Asylum Seekers Reception Centre and the surrounding communities. Furthermore, through funding from PEPFAR/USAID, the organization is implementing an HIV/AIDS & TB Project in Malindza from 2013 to present. The project has contributed in making Malindza Refugee Clinic an ART initiation center, improved the adherence to treatment amongst People Living with HIV, and created demand for testing as well as increased access to treatment through community outreaches.
The orgization's services include:
i) Enhancing access to HIV/AIDS & TB services: Through partnership with Malindza Refugee Clinic and Good Shepherd Hospital, Joyful  Hearts brings health services for easy to HIV/AIDS treatment, awareness messages, screening to people with symtoms, and HTC services.

ii)Nutritional/humanitarian support: Joyful Hearts provides food and clothing to vulnerable families and individuals at the Malindza Refugee/Asylum Seekers Reception Center and the surrounding communities.

iii)Psychosocial support: The organization is providing PSS through counseling during home visits and supprt structures for groups of people on TB/HIV treatment.

iV)Community based care sevices: Joyful Hearts provides commuity HIV counseling and testing and home based care to Malindza Refugee/Asylum Seekers Reception Centre and surrounding communities.
JOYFUL HEARTS ORGANIZATION "is an NGO established in August 2011 with an object to cintribute in the improvement of the quality of life for People Living with HIV (PLH) and curb the spread of TB amongst Swazis and refugees/asylum seekers. In addition, the organization was founded with the aim to address social challenges that include poverty, hunger and lack of access to health services for refugees/asylum seekers in the country. Joyful Hearts's philosophy is that by providing humanitarian aid, health care and socio-economic assistance to help individuals move towards a better future is affording people protection of their basic human rights. The organizaion is registered by the Swaziland Government under the Swaziland companies Act-No. 8 of 2009, Certificate No 1051 of 2011
